Tim again and I am writing to you today hoping that the information I have shared with you over the last few emails is making a real difference in your business and your success!

Undoubtedly, you're reading this thinking something along the lines of: "This wildly successful guy sure is persistent."

And, that's exactly what I want you to think because it couldn't be more true!

Sure, I've taken the cold-calling process and perfected it. And, I have helped hundreds of people just like you achieve the same enviable level of success that my family and I enjoy every day.

And, I am here to tell you that persistence is key.

Want to know what else works? Want to hear about everything I do to earn my jaw-dropping income? I share it all with you right here in my new audio workshop: http://www.best-method.com/.

Truth is, I had to sit down and record this information because my methodology is in demand and I do not have enough time to do one-on-one training anymore. So everything I provided in my training is all right here. You can even download these files and put them on your computer hard drive and refer to them any time you want.

I recommend you burn them to a CD and listen to them while exercising (yes, you are about to have a lot more time to exercise, to spend with family and friends, to enjoy hobbies, etc.) or while in your car or even sitting at your desk taking notes.

Happy listening! And, cheers to your new successes!

Financial Trading - so many markets, so little time

Description:

Answers to Forex / Stocks / Futures Traders Problems.

Content:

Would you like to make money from trading but don't know how to trade?
Have you heard of others making a killing on the markets and wished yourself in their position?

Trading covers a multitude of sins, or at least a multitude of markets. Mention "trading" to a non-trader and they'll probably think of stock and shares but there are many other markets you can trade in. These include commodities, futures, indices, CFDs and options. They all have their pros and cons and some require specialized knowledge.

The most popular markets used by traders are stocks, commodities, futures, indices and forex. Some traders switch between markets, others stick to just one. Let's highlight some of the similarities and differences between them.

Shares

In the USA there are over 40,000 shares so you have a lot of markets to choose from. You can't deal in all of them so you need to home in on those that offer good trading opportunities using whatever trading methods you decide to use.

When buying shares you usually have to put up all the money at the time of sale. That might seem obvious but it's not so with all markets. Some brokers offer a 50% margin with shares which means you can trade to the value of twice the amount in your account. This seems like a good deal but if your shares start to go down you'll get a "margin call" and will either have to put more money in your account or sell the shares at a loss.

Shares are normally traded in lots of 100. If you want to trade an expensive share - and some shares are very expensive, particularly in the US markets - you need a considerable amount of money in your account.

It's not easy to sell shares short. Selling short is a strange concept to many people who think of buying shares at a low price and selling then at a higher price. But it's often easier to predict that a share will fall rather than rise so what you'd like to do is to sell it at a high price and then buy it back later at a low price. The net result is the same whatever the order of the deals - buy low, sell high.

However, you can't sell something you don't own so in order to sell shares short you must "borrow" them from your broker. This is not quite as straightforward as buying and not all shares are available for selling short.

Finally, share dealing takes place during market hours so if you don't live in the country where they are being traded you must adjust your trading hours to suit.

Futures, commodities and indices

Commodities are goods such as corn, copper, crude oil, orange juice, oats, gold and wheat.

Technically, a futures contract is an agreement to make or accept delivery of a commodity on a certain day at a certain price. In practice this rarely happens unless you're a manufacturer who actually wants the goods. The vast majority of futures traders are simply speculating on whether the price will go up or down and never take delivery of an item.

Futures contacts include commodities and also stock market indices such as the S&P 500, Dow Jones and the Russell. Indices are simply a composite of securities that provide an overall reading of the market or some section of it.

The S&P 500 (Standard & Poor's 500) tracks 500 of the largest companies in the US market. The Dow Jones Industrial Average tracks only 30 of the largest and longest-established companies while the Russell 2000 is an index of smaller stocks.

Essentially, commodities and indices are futures and traded in much the same way although traders may use the terms interchangeably.

Unlike shares, futures can be sold short just as easily as they can be bought. Each futures contract has its own fluctuating price and many traders deal in just one lot contracts.

Brokers usually charge a flat fee commission per contract, often expressed as a "round turn" which is one buy and one sell transaction. This may be a few dollars, often less than the value of a point or two on the contract. If you're trading a long time frame the commission is negligible but if you're day trading and scalping for a few points here and there it becomes a considerable part of the cost.

Futures brokers usually offer a margin of around 20% of the value of the underlying instrument so you can control $10,000's worth of a contract for maybe $2,000. However, the same rules apply - if you over-leverage your account you'll receive a margin call or your positions will be closed at a loss. Margin and leverage are a two-edged sword.

Many brokers offer a demo account so you can get used to the trading platform and test your trading strategies before you put real money on the line.

Forex Currency Trading

Currency trading, foreign exchange or forex as it's more commonly known, has fast become one of the most popular markets for private traders in recent years.

As its name suggests, it involves buying and selling foreign currency. The most commonly traded currencies are referenced against the US Dollar and are sometimes referred to as a "currency pair" even though you are only trading one instrument. For example, the GBPUSD is the UK Pound/US Dollar pair. A value of 1.7625 would mean that the one Pound is worth 1.7625 Dollars. Other popular pairs include the Euro (EURUSD), the Swiss Franc (USDCHF) and the Japanese Yen (USDJPY) although there are others.

So unlike shares and futures, you don't have a mass of markets to choose from, but there is variety within forex currency trading to give you a range of markets to trade.

The value of each pair differs slightly but the minimum movement - called a "pip" - is worth approximately $10. The GBPUSD has been averaging 100-150 pips per day which would be $1000-1500. Many brokers let you trade half or even quarter-size lots which are useful when you're starting out. Also, many brokers offer a demo account so you can practice before risking real money.

The total value of the forex market is worth trillions of dollars per day, far larger than shares or futures. It is also a truly international market with dealing taking place all around the globe 24 hours per day from Monday to Friday. You can, therefore, trade at any time of the day or night at times to suit you. It's worth noting, however, that the bigger moves generally occur during the US and European trading sessions.

You can sell short forex just as easily as you can buy and brokers offer highly-leveraged accounts too - but the same warning regarding margins apply here as well.

Brokers tend not to charge a commission for trading forex and you will often see adverts for "commission free" trading. However, they make their money on the spread which is the difference between the buying price and the selling price. The spread is usually between 3 and 5 pips although some brokers may offer a 2 pip spread on some pairs, and some less-popular pairs may have a larger spread.

Paying on the spread is particularly useful when trading mini lots. A 3-pip spread on a quarter lot will be about $7.50 whereas on a full-size lot it would be $30. Again, the spread is more important when trading short time frames where you're only aiming to make a few pips per trade. You need to build the spread into your trading system so you don't overestimate the amount you might make per trade.

One interesting aspect of forex currency trading is that there is no central clearing house where absolute prices are quoted, unlike shares and futures. So it's quite possible to see different brokers quoting slightly different prices for the same pair. As the market has become more efficient, this difference has reduced, in most cases, to a few pips but it highlights the importance of checking that the data you are using for analysis is the same - or close to - that used by your broker for placing your orders.

The market you decide to trade will depend on many things, not least of all, your budget, but also how many markets you want to look at and what hours you want to trade. There are trading vehicles to suit all preferences and pockets.

Blogger Beta As A Free Writing Tool

Description:

The new Blogger Beta is a great free tool for an amateur or aspiring writer. Because it uses your Google account to maintain a login it is conveniently available whenever you are online.

Content:

The new Blogger Beta is a great free tool for an amateur or aspiring writer. Because it uses your Google account to maintain a login it is conveniently available whenever you are online. Generally, I usually write short articles, but the methodology I've described below is also useful for larger works. Simply adjust my advice to apply to larger chunks of work such as chapters.

Create A Private Blog
It is very easy to create a private blog. After creating a new blog use the settings tab to access the blog's permission details. Select the option that makes your new blog visible only to blog authors. Voila! You now have a private blog available only to yourself. You may now consider your entire blog a scratch pad for draft writings.

Use Labels To Track Relevant Details
When you start a new writing project, whether it is an article for submission to directories or another type of work, simply create one or more blog entries for that project. You can start simply by writing a single sentence describing what you intend to write about. Then, apply your labels. Personally I like to use Work In Progress (WIP) as a label so that I can view all work in progress at a single click. I also like to add project subject labels as well as various other categorizations.

This strategy allows me to quickly get a list of all my articles, all of my historic work on a certain subject matter, or all of my completed work - assuming I change the work in progress label to another suitable value upon publishing. The power of simple lists for organization and productivity cannot be overstated!

Write Draft Material And Edit Anytime With One Click
Of course you are now reading the published version of this article, but for quite a while it was residing in my private blog. I'd write some content, publish it for my own review, and then make changes as I saw fit. When the article was nearing completion I simply left it alone for a while, to get a fresh viewpoint, and then read the article again looking for errors and sections that could be improved.

How convenient! If I spot a mistake or think of an enhancement I simply click on the pencil icon and I'm in the editor fixing up my work. After making that one simple change I save my efforts and then continue on about my day. Personally, I like to pace, or otherwise keep busy, while I think and then put small amounts of time into making a change or addition when inspiration strikes. Generally, I think most creatively while I'm not writing.

When Complete Then Publish And Track
Obviously, when your work is finalized, you will publish it somewhere. You can simply open up the blogger editor and copy entire documents to any other location you like. At this point you should change the WIP label to something more appropriate instead. Once your article is published I would also suggest no longer making changes to it. Create a new project and copy the original document when starting a derivative effort.

After publication, use the comment feature to keep track of any issues that arise. You can also track the places that you've submitted the article for publication. This will help you avoid sending it to the same place more than once in the event you are later able to reuse the article. Also, add a comment if you use the article in some way as the basis for another piece of work. When adding comments be sure to link to the locations, sites or projects you are discussing.

Security And Backups
No computer system should be relied upon for any serious project without considering both security and data backup. While the odds are very good that Blogger will do a better job at protecting your data than you, on your own home computer, don't rely on it completely. I would suggest either downloading or emailing yourself your own articles from time to time. Preferably to a location that is not also managed by Google.

With respect to security, you must realize that convenience and security are competing ideas. If you do not sign out, staying perpetually logged in, to maintain access to your blogger account, then anyone using your computer will be able to act as you and view or edit your work. If this is not appropriate then you must remember to sign out after each work session. Personally, my home computer is used only by myself, so I love the convenience of never having to log in.

Summary
Using Blogger as a free writing tool makes a lot of sense. You can quickly and easily view or edit an entire catalog of work from any Internet accessible computer. Your data is professionally managed and relatively secure. Flexible tagging features allow you to organize large and small projects with ease. Comments can be used to store project related issues and to track actions taken after project completion. In short, if you haven't tried the new Blogger Beta yet then you are missing out.

Create Passive Income Working from Home

Description:

People seriously working from home are usually freelancers. Web designers, writers, computer programmers, and linguists are just some of the professions that are filled by freelancers. And these people typically work from home because the cost of office space cannot be justified.

Content:

People seriously working from home are usually freelancers. Web designers, writers, computer programmers, and linguists are just some of the professions that are filled by freelancers. And these people typically work from home because the cost of office space cannot be justified. However, in order for a freelancer working from home to earn any sort of reasonable income, they must have multiple revenue sources. But just how much work can one person do? At some point, the law of diminishing returns will overtake a freelancer in terms of just how much work can be done in a reasonable timeframe. The law of diminishing returns basically says that by a freelancer taking on more work it does not necessarily mean that the same person will be able to complete that work. This is why a person working from home needs some passive income where direct labor on the freelancer's part is not required but it provides a steady revenue stream. True residual income will allow you to make money 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. It does not require constant monitoring by you. There may be a little work getting everything set up initially but after that it should run on its own requiring some periodic maintenance and of course oversight of the billing and invoicing.

If you know a little about computer and web technology, you can become a web hosting reseller. A web hosting reseller buys a block of web hosting space and then sells a portion of it to customers looking to host their websites. You, in a sense, become a web hosting company yourself. You can charge what you need to in order to make a profit and you handle the billing and invoicing to your clients. The hosting company you buy the space from is, in a sense, selling you the space at wholesale and you are retailing it. You'll need to identify the level of customer support you will need to provide. Be careful because you may not have the resources to provide a good level of customer support if you are too busy. Some providers of reselling plans such as Godaddy.com will actually do the billing and customer support for you.

If you are good with software and have some products in your library, you can sell those from your web site. If you do this, you are going to need to have a way for your customers to pay for the software the download. If you offer trial software with a predetermined trial period then you will need to also have a web portal for customers to upgrade and pay for a fully-licensed copy. What you will need to do is get a credit card merchant account so that you can accept credit cards online in order to purchase software products.

Another way to make passive income is through affiliate programs. These programs offer you a commission for paid subscriptions to their services. These services can be web hosting services, website builder services, online support services, and freelancer services. One particularly interesting service is that of the build-your-own-website service. And there are companies who offer you a commission for each new member who signs up. That is passive income because you really do nothing but just point people in the direction they are looking for. Many small businesses want a web presence but could not even afford to hire a web developer.

So the internet has created many opportunities for passive income. Of course you need to follow the usual safety practices and not get linked up with companies who are not legitimate. And of course never pay money to someone to be in their affiliate program. Remember, you are doing a service for them.

Optimizing Strengths

Description:

Joint Ventures are a great way to optimize strengths and create massive profit by setting up lucrative win/win deals.

Content:

Yesterday, I received this encouraging note from a friend of mine who is a very successful entrepreneur:

"Hi Robin, I just read your Eagle Attitude article and you are right on. I always make asset vs. liability calls. Recently one of my staff did considerable damage to our main computer and database by going to inappropriate places on the internet. Certainly grounds for firing, not too mention suing for damages. Instead we are reworking his job description to take advantage of some obvious talents. There are some penalties he is working through, but there should be some substantial benefit to the company long term. It's nice to read that a risky decision is sometimes the best decision."

That reminds me of the time I was a manager in a large, resort hotel and we learned that one of the staff members was secretly running his own little room service business inside the hotel. He diverted all the orders to his cousin's café on the corner. The thing was that he gave excellent service and guests were delighted with the quality (that's how we caught him compliments from guests about dishes that weren't on the room service menu!) So instead of firing him, we created a joint venture: we saved his salary, cut overhead substantially and continued to provide the service to our guest, while his own business flourished. Win/Win!

Savvy entrepreneurs look for ways to capitalize on the strengths and resources of their partners, associates, employees and vendors. They focus on what does work instead of what doesn't work and, most importantly, keep their egos in check. Take the time to listen carefully and discover hidden assets like skills, connections, resources and information. Sometimes, opportunities take a little while to appear and options take time to become apparent. Patience and good communication skills, as well as being prepared to generously share the profits, are essential. Think outside the box and keep your eyes on your common goals. Be flexible and open to new ideas. Good people are hard to find.

Sales Tip
The better you know your salespeople, the better you can channel their energy, interests, skills and time. Don't make the salesperson fit the job; rather, make the job fit the salesperson. Take time to listen to their opinions and suggestions, encourage sharing and reward innovation and risk.

Management Tip
By clearly defining the parameters of your employees' jobs, you remove fear. Show them what they have to do to get fired, and you reduce any reticence to innovation. Fear stunts creativity and openness. People who feel secure will be more productive and honest with you. Spend more time developing relationship with your staff than you do with your customers.

Employee Timesheet is a reason of worry for every HR and Payroll processing department from any industry. Whats there in a timesheet. Its just about an employees work timings. When an employee comes into the office he was told to make entry in a register, records of it goes into another. This was the basic concept earlier.

With evolution of technology and growing industry requirements, companies are hiring hundreds and thousands of new employees across the globe and management of registers were not possible at all. With this growing demand came in the supply from the technology side of the industry.

Now we have companies using installed softwares. The employee is subjected to a computer or an electronic device to punch in the attendance. This data automatically gets saved in the server database. Same happens for an employee to punch out. After both the entries are saved in the database server installed in the company premises, the software automatically calculates the salary to be paid according to the package the employee is hired into. So at the end of the month you have the system displaying you the end output in the form of hours worked and salary to be paid. All the mathematical calculations, making entries into different registers are automatically taken care of by the software.

For a few organizations that think beyond what we currently have are worried about maintaining the records backup if the server crashes.

With this fear came in a new service called On-Demand. In here the process of entering and retrieving data is the same, the only difference is the server is a hosted one. The service provider owns the server, manages it and takes care of the backup. This means every time you want to check the data, retrieve it, all you do is go to that particular url and login to the system for your requirements.

This days, with the economy getting worse and families financial situation growing to great extends-it is obvious that will still be thousands of people selling you worthless crap on the Internet for the sole purpose of making a buck out of your hard earned money. I have bought from all of this scams online and from the majority of the website and auction owners that carry the so-called keys to financial freedom by purchasing from their sources.

As a long time wholesale entrepreneur, I have found hundreds of outdated contacts and plenty of headaches to be counted upon right now when it comes to getting reliable, trustworthy and profitable wholesalers and distributors that deliver you both the lowest possible prices online and the best delivery time. As you many of you know by now, you can just go to Google Adwords and see a lot of promotions in regards to people selling list, you can go to Yahoo search marketing and see a lot of advertising all the right side of your screen as like Google. I have secretly bought from all of them. The results for many of them are basically the same. It is incredible the amount of copyright infringement you can see online with many sites. In fact, I had to deal with one guy who was copying my complete business and had to actually call the hosting company in order for having them suspended. Astonishing, but true- many people are just too lazy and many of them want to steal your money by doing just nothing. It happened to me, it might happen to you if you do not read from trusted sources or entrepreneurs that can offer proof of what they are talking and writing about.

Fact is, you need an Xbox wholesale list that will get you the greatest wholesale prices for consoles, games and accessories. Whether you are a serious businessman or just a plain addictive soul to video games like myself, you need reliable wholesale sources that will get the job done when it comes to savings or being profitable. With such message said, I wish you the best of success and the greatest desires you may have financially- achieved.
