Below we've identified thirteen decisions you should make to set up a comprehensive home office business system that's tailored to your unique preferences and work demands. There's no one right answer, but most people run into trouble if they haven't addressed the issue each of the following questions raises. So this will help you decide:

1. How many hours will you work each day and each week? If the nature of your work is such that you cannot set a precise figure, define clearly how you will decide on the amount of time you'll spend working from week to week or day to day.

2. Which hours of the day will you work? Unless your work demands it, there is no reason to limit yourself to typical hours. You can work at hours better suited to your circumstances.

3. How many breaks do you plan to take each day and when will you take them? Some people like to break for five minutes each hour. Others prefer taking longer breaks after working for several hours. Still others break when they come to a stopping point in their work.

4. When will you do household chores? Some people like to take a break for household chores and find that the change of pace allows them to come back to the office refreshed and ready to work. Others find that if they stop to do a household chore, the next thing they know the whole morning has slipped away.

5. When will you eat lunch and will you snack while working? Having the kitchen only steps away often becomes a problem for people who work at home. Consciously deciding how you will handle this should make it easier to keep your weight and concentration in bounds.

6. When and how will you dress? Some people find that to work effectively they need to get dressed as if they were going to the office. Others relish the freedom to stay in a robe all day.

7. Will you watch TV during daytime hours? If so, how much and when? Some people find it's easy to get hooked on game shows or soap operas. In fact, some people claim they work best while watching TV. Others can't work well with the television on but get hooked nonetheless. Even if you wouldn't be caught dead watching a soap, the variety available on daytime TV today can lure you with movies, sports, and news.

8. Under what circumstances will you take off a day, afternoon, or a morning? Sick leave and days off take on a new perspective when you work at home. If you're self-employed, establish your own leave policies, consistent with the nature of your business. If you're employed at home, you'll be on your own to coordinate your work with the established leave policies.

9. When do you decide to get someone to help you with your work? Many work-at-homers try to do everything themselves. Some can, but others end up saving money by spending it to hire help.

10. If you have children, when will you be available to them? Most people find they cannot allow children to have unlimited access to them during working periods. So you will need to make age-appropriate arrangements for their care and set boundaries regarding when you will and won't be available to them.

11. What information do you need to keep track of? Usually, in-house office procedures include policies for records you need to keep. Working at home, however, you will probably have to establish your own record-keeping procedures. 12. How will you manage your money? If you're self-employed you will need to establish a system for managing the financial aspects of your business. Even if you're working at home on a salary, you'll have to arrange a procedure for managing your home-office tax records. 13. What interruptions are you willing to allow? There will be phone calls. There may be people coming to the door to repair things, sell things, or make deliveries. Neighbors may want to visit. It's easier to have a policy than simply to respond to each interruption as it occurs.

Some Background on W-F-H Businesses

Description:

Here are some good reasons why you might want to work from home.

Content:

Each year more and more folks are working from home, starting their own business. Men, women, even teenagers are starting their own businesses at home. Many young adults have put themselves through college running their own part-time business.

In the last ten years work-from-home businesses have tripled. That may be a low estimate. For instance, there's a huge number of people make a living selling things on eBay®. This choice allows folks to work when they want..literally 24/7, since auctions run around the clock. Lots of home-based workers started out just trying to get rid of some extra stuff lying around the house and enjoyed it so much they got into it in a bigger way.

There's many good reasons why so many people want to work at home. The high costs of fuel, child-care, and clothing, are just a few reasons why it's cheaper to stay home and work.

Other benefits are: no boss or supervisor; setting your own hours; and to work where and when you want. One of the big benefits is that all of the profits go to you, not someone else!

It's natural to be nervous about doing this. Are you wondering how you're going to give up a job and replace that income and not worry about how you're going to pay the bills? The first answer to this is to minimize your risk by starting part time and keeping your "day job". Start slow and test the waters first. Use yourself and family members to run the business and minimize your out-of-pocket expenses.

One very easy home business to start is putting on profitable garage sales. Learning how to do this right can not only put you above the normal yard sale folks, but again, can make your several hundred dollars over a weekend.

It's not impossible, and it might take some hard work at first, and some extra working hours, but you can do it if you want it badly enough.

Whatever your reasons for wanting to work from home, we hope you are inspired and motivated to start your own home business. When you understand something fully, it will help calm your fears and worries. Take the plunge! You deserve the opportunity to work from home! What's the worst that can happen? Your experience doesn't meet your expectations...so you try something else and, in the meantime, you've learned an awful lot in the process.

Dropshipping Your Way To Internet Profits

Description:

Discover how dropshipping can increase your online / eBay profits fourfold - all without stocking any goods.

Content:

Dropshipping, as a form of selling, has existed for a long time. It is however most successfully implemented in the USA but is relatively new to the UK and Europe and other parts of the world.

The main difference between dropshipping and traditional ways of selling or running a business is that with dropshipping you don't need to buy in bulk and store your goods in the hope of selling. Instead, the products remain with the manufacturer or wholesalers, you do not actually buy until you have sold, that is, you know that you have already made a sale.

This method of selling works both on and offline, and for the "Interpreneur" this is great news! You can literally start your business with very little capital. Also, for those with home computers, you can start a business right from the comfort of your home with no hassles. Best of all it's RISK free. How does it work?

Dropshipping is very simple. Once you find your source, you simply advertise the goods under your own business name. If you're online, you can do this via your own website or these days in the popular auction sites like eBay, Amazon and Yahoo. Offline, you can do this via the normal mail order route.

Most manufacturers have a recommended retail price (RRP) but you are free to advertise the product at a price that suits you. With hopefully a low cost price any profit you make belongs to you. The customer normally pays for the postal and insurance costs.

For those selling online, most wholesalers provide you with pictures and descriptions of the product. Some even provide websites!

Once you have made a sale, you then purchase the item from your source and they directly dispatch it to your customers once you've provided them with the relevant information.

Most dropshipping companies will not include any of their company information in the packaging. Rather, most offer to include your details on the invoice and depending on the quality of the packaging may charge a small fee, that is if you wish to include

What are the benefits?

The immediate benefits of dropshipping are apparent.

You save on

INVESTMENT COSTS - You start with next to nothing SPACE - You don't need to have a garage or hire a warehouse to store your products. It's all stored with your supplier. You can easily work from home TIME - No need to pack your product, your supplier will do that for you. SHIPPING COSTS - No need to do the laborious work of packing and packaging.Your supplier does that for you. "MINIMUM AMOUNTS" REMOVED - You don't need to buy minimum amounts before receiving payments. Once you make a sale, you make your profit instantly. OWN EMPLOYER - You're your own boss with nobody to answer to.

This is truly an amazing way of starting your own home based business. You can work full time or part time and make extra money. How much depends on you. You work to fit into your lifestyle

A General Word Of Caution Although, there are some genuine dropship companies out there, beware of the scammers! There a many resellers or middlemen out there posing as wholesalers and charging exorbitantly not only for their goods but they even charge membership fees.

You should never have to pay a recurring fee for placing your orders with real dropship companies.

Also, since packaging and shipping are out of your hands, you should expect to be held accountable should any delays occur or should any defective goods be sent. Thus it's important that you check your suppliers out before advertising their products.

Not all dropship companies will stand behind their products or offer complete product assurance. From these types, it is best to steer right clear. In fact, we will suggest that before you join any dropship companies, contact them - either by phone or email and see the sort of response you receive - that's likely to be how they willl respond should you encounter any problems.

General Advice Select a product that is likely to sell and with a nice profit margin. You'll need to do your own research into the market. The supplier may have impressive products but do and will they sell? Have you got any competition? How much are they charging? Some products sell in high volumes but with low margins and vice versa.

Sell a limited but related range of products rather than trying to sell every item possible.

Select a dropship company with good reputation. The rise in the global market has been accompanied by a rise in scammers, many posing as middlemen and fleecing the unsuspecting person. There are many companies asking for hefty membership fees to join their so-called "turnkey" system. Avoid all such upfront fee-demanding programs.

Be prepared for back orders, returns etc. Although a great deal of hassle has been removed from dropshipping, there are still common problems that most companies face.

Finally, set yourself up as a serious business pro. Avoid spamming and such like. File your Tax Id and register your business.

Where do I go from here?

There are thousands of so-called dropship manuals selling for hundreds of dollars but you need to be careful because several reasons already mentioned. We have trawled through the net and bought several of these lists to check the sort of information they offer and their accuracy. So far we've only found one that delivers in all areas, plus it's also certified by eBay. You can find their link below.

Happy dropshipping!

Going After the Non-Job . . . An Exciting Alternative Strategy!

Description:

If you think you'll beat out the competition and go after a job by putting together a superior resume and jumping through all the hoops some lower level interviewers throw at you . . . well, you just lost!

Content:

A non-job? C'mon! Of course, you'd expect that if you're in the job market you're going after a job. Makes sense. It's what we've known for years.

But things have changed a lot in the past years, especially since 911 and Katrina. And the classic notion of a job as a well-defined description of an employment task has changed, too. Sure, you'll still find job descriptions, as in advertised job openings online or in the paper. But they aren't what they appear.

For example, in our research we've found that many advertised job openings or even non-advertised job descriptions are really crapshoots. Employers are trying to get feel for who's out there. They're really only doing a little market research of their own.

So, when you apply for one of these openings, your resume and job app information is thrown in the hopper with possibly hundreds of others. And some personnel staffer will sort them out to get a feel for what talent is out there. These are not hiring decision-makers reviewing this information. Chances are those folks will never even see your resume.

Why?

Well, put yourself in a busy manager's shoes. You know there are some business needs that have to be filled by bringing someone new on board. Now, if you were anxious to make a hiring decision but you also have a hundred other important decisions you‘re responsible for making as well, which of these two candidates would you prefer to meet within the limited time you can set aside?

1. Someone who has passed through a couple interview cycles conducted by an unrelated department and whose credentials are on a piece of paper (which focuses on what the candidate used to do for someone else).

2. Someone who's been recommended to you by a pro in the business and who has made a personal introduction. By the way, this candidate has not submitted a resume, but has put together a thoughtful proposal showing how he/she would answer some organizational issues of importance to you. And the proposal has been submitted directly to you in advance.

Number two is the hands down winner in all the surveys we've conducted. But to get that meeting you have to treat this as a non-job.

In other words, if you think you'll beat out the competition and go after a job by putting together a superior resume and jumping through all the hoops some lower level interviewers throw at you . . . I believe you can readily understand how limited your chances are, especially if your up against a savvy candidate like #2 who treats this as a non-job.

The non-job candidate approaches this as an opportunity to meet face-to-face with a decision-maker and help that employer solve some problems. And then, together, they shape the job description that will move the process forward.

It's all part of the exciting alternative job search revolution using non-traditional career advancement strategies. It's why non-job candidates are getting in front of employers in matter of days without all the resume and interviewing hoopla. And why they're locking up great job offers in as little as two weeks!

Teamearners.com Gets the Amazing Deal Award From Internet Marketers

Description:

There are so many scams online that it is nice to see a site like TeamEarners.com prove that there really are cheap yet amazingly useful website memberships available.

Content:

Here is my take on the new internet website called TeamEarners.com.

TeamEarners is really nothing new to the internet when you come to think of it. However the techniques that they use are ingenious. Below I will explain why.

The one thing everyone in the world wants to some degree or another is the ability to make a living without having to work a "real job". This doesn't mean that every individual doesn't want to work a job, but they do not want to "Have to" work when they are told. Financial independence is what all of us desire. It means you can take vacations when you want, work when you want, and enjoy life to it's fullest. This is where TeamEarners comes in.

What is TeamEarners? It's simple:
You paid a mere $13.00 price for a membership into their club. Through this membership you receive access to a private discussion forum, where you will be able to find all sorts of information on how to make a genuine living online. They have experts to answer questions, and explain how you can earn through various online means ranging from buying and selling website, to selling products, to trading penny stocks. If there is a way to earn money online it will be talked about, discussed and learned in the TeamEarners private forum. You learn from People who have done it!

Thats not all though. You will also gain access to various web scripts, databases, and plenty of more. This information will be added on a consistant basis, and will be well worth the $13.00 you pay. However this isn't the reason most people will love TeamEarners. It's the ability that you get to sell memberships to other people. It's quite simple. You sell a membership, and you get $2.00 credited to your account. However this isn't really the good part yet :). You get an affiliate downline 5 levels deep. This means that if you sell just 2 memberships to other people, and these 2 people sell 2 memberships, and they sell 2 membership, and they also so 2 memberships, you will get $2.00 for each sale. That means you would have easily earned $64.00. Thats just for 2 memberships. Say you were to sell 10 memberships, and each one of them sells 10 memberships so on down the line 5 levels deep. This would earn you $200, 000.00, and as long as these members keep renewing their memberships for $13 every 6 months you will receive $200,000 every 6 months!

It doesn't get any better then that, does it?

There are many ways you can easily sell 10, 20, or every 500 memberships yourself. You can take out advertising spots online, in newspapers, on the radio. You can put signs up on telephone polls, email your friends, etc. The best part is, you will learn how to do all this through your membership to the private forum!

I am so excited about this opportunity, and you should be too.
Just for those who don't know The TeamEarners program will be using the Talkgold forum located at http://talkgold.com/forum for parts of its membership.

The Most Neglected Factor To Building A Successful Internet Home Business

Description:

In any kind of business, there is one particular skill that plays a very important part in separating the winners and the losers: building relationships. You may be surprised, but the fact is that in order to succeed in any business, you must be a people's person, and know how to deal with your customers.

In any kind of business, there is one particular skill that plays a very important part in separating the winners and the losers: building relationships. You may be surprised, but the fact is that in order to succeed in any business, you must be a people's person, and know how to deal with your customers.

Let's face it. Your customers certainly would not want to deal with you if you are a sloppy, selfish or hot-headed businessman. Sure, you can still manage some sales, but in time to come, you will find that your personal short-comings are rendering your business unsustainable.

The same principle applies if you are an Internet home-based business owner. Granted, you don't need to deal with your customers face to face online. But there is still a need for you to relate very well with them by building good relationships. In this way, you can gain their trust, and get them to be your repeat customers.

So how do you go about building better relationships?

1. Respect your customers for who they are

To be fair, different people have different levels of expectations. But as an Internet home business owner, you cannot expect your customers to suit your needs; it is your own responsibility to suit theirs. You simply have to cater to each and every one of their expectations, otherwise they will be disappointed with your service, and lose faith in you.

2. Be there whenever your customers need you

There will always be enquires and questions after your prospects buy your product, and especially so if the product is something which is new to the market. So you have to be on your toes, and expect a barrage of enquires from your new clients regarding your product or service. Just treat it as they are your trainees, and you are the teacher. Be patient and guide them along. They will appreciate the fact that you are always there for them.

3. Make sure you live up to what you say

Your clients are most probably taken in by the many mouth-watering benefits that you have highlighted in your sales copy, but you have to deliver on your promise. So if you promise to give them the best benefits in the market, you had better live up to what you say.

4. The secret strategy: Over-delivery

People are more and more difficult to please nowadays, so by doing only what is required is not good enough; you have to over-deliver. This has been the secret tactic for many of the Internet marketing gurus out there. The trick is to let your customers know that you will go the extra mile in order meet their demands and expectations. You can offer one-on-one coaching; give them a free bonus every other week; offer them free memberships to other sites; heck, better still, give them free hosting, but only if you can afford to do that.

5. Finally, their success is your success

It is possible to earn tons of bucks very quickly on the Internet. However, if your goal is just to make a quick buck, and then quickly disappear from the surface of the earth, you must well don't exist on the Internet, because you will be plain wasting your own time.

One of the keys to success in your Internet home business is to ensure a constant flow of repeat orders from your loyal clients. But how do you achieve that? It is very simple, really - by building great relationships with your past and present customers. You have to put in the effort to make sure that each and every one of them can duplicate your success, because ultimately their success is your success.

And if they can succeed under your guidance, then you can be rest assured that not only will they stick with you through thick and thin, and they will also be looking forward to your every offer in the future.

There are many aspects involved in Bodyguard Training and most countries now require a Bodyguard to hold a Bodyguard Certificate.

A Bodyguard certificate is often a short 8 to 10 week course, where a person learns first aid, self defence training and knowledge of the industry.

However, Bodyguard training can evolve and a person can gain higher certificates, or even branch into more specialist areas. Although a person only requires the basic Bodyguard certificate to find Bodyguard Work, they may require more training in order to apply for a specific Body Guard job.

Bodyguards are expected to update their skills regularly to ensure that they have current knowledge of their industry. This is something that is currently occurring in all industries. Through continued life learning, people are able to maintain and improve their level of skill within their industry area.

Bodyguard Training can involve, armed guard training, personal protection officer training, first aid training, or management training. A Bodyguard does not have to be out on the job all their life, there are many opportunities to branch out, or work you way up.

Prior to beginning any Bodyguard Training a person will be required to undergo a police check. A police check is conducted to ensure that anyone entering the Body Guard industry is not wanted for any crimes. As a Bodyguard may be required to handle a loaded firearm, it is essential that a person considering becoming a Bodyguard is not committed any firearms offences.

The Bodyguard industry has become quite advanced and through industry networking is able to offer Bodyguards access to advanced training courses, seminars and incentives. Some of the advanced training courses include, advanced driving techniques, advanced firearms and advanced self-defence techniques.

As you can see, being a Bodyguard does not have to be a lonely profession, there are ample opportunities to get involved and meet new people. Through networking and sharing ideas, the Bodyguard industry becomes stronger and more capable of dealing with viable security threats.

Other more specialized areas of Bodyguard training include, canine training, private investigator training and celebrity protection. Within the Bodyguard industry there are also many support jobs, such as administrators, financial managers, security managers and more.

Training within the Bodyguard industry is diverse and can span your whole lifetime. You could be a roving patrol, a stationary guard, in charge of several other Bodyguards, or keeping watch at sporting events. What ever you choose to do in the Bodyguard industry, there is plenty of opportunities and ample available training.

As you can see, there are no limits in the Bodyguard industry. After a few years working as a Bodyguard, you may decide to go back to university and later join a government agency, such as the CIA. Anything is possible within the Bodyguard industry and you just need to make the decision that best suits you.

The Perfect Network Marketing System

Description:

Any idea how a true blue network marketing system appears like? What do you need to really succeed in Network Marketing? Read on.

Content:

Any idea how a true blue network marketing system appears like? An average home based network marketer needs certain things to put in place to succeed. They are:

A perfect lead captivating page created especially for a particular multi-level marketing company

Lead capturing page should have perfect sales copy which explains a prospect the reason of his desire to get more information. How to do it? It can be done superbly by offering a High Value Free Report in exchange of their information of contacts.

A free report especially created for the opportunity of multi-level marketing companies

This report should contain proper information. All the characteristics and advantages of joining a multi level marketing company as an independent distributor should be clarified. It must also paint a clear picture of the help and resources offered by the company to a fresh recruit if he wants to buy a distributorship. All the information regarding the products and services of the company and its compensation plan should be specified here. As the testimonials are very effective sales conversion devices in the network marketing business, it is better to add them in the report if possible.

The system of follow up e-mail

Along with the free report, a follow up system should be provided which incessantly promotes sales of the program to the leads by e-mails. You should approach the leads at least for seven times as they are late to take any step. Verify that the follow up e-mail system has got powerfully scripted sales copy and a system of passing through the spam filters.

An incessant system of feed back which utilizes the fear of loss

A feed back system should be added to the follow up e-mail system. This feed back system lets the prospect know the arrival of fresh prospects into the system by sending e-mails. It also invokes the fear of loss in this procedure by informing the prospect that in case the next prospect in the queue upgrades to a paid position before he does it, he is going to loose commission on that certain prospect forever. This feed back system is an efficient psychological device.

Good support

Enough support is necessary in this business to encourage one to purchase a distributorship. However your back up cannot make a person do business with fecundity. Whenever a fresh distributor steps into the business, a follow up e-mail system is required for him to get enough training to market the products effectively. Personal support is also much needed in this affaire, therefore creating warm relationships between upline and fresh distributors is welcome.

An effective service or product

To achieve success in this venture, the working of a powerful and potential network marketing company is needed which has a product of demand and popularity. This demanded product will make people buy it because of its utility even if there is absence of compensation plans.

The part played by you

Your skill, effort, activity, zeal and passion are needed in this business. You should be receptive enough to accept fresh ideas and strategies always.

You Can Make a Fortune on Ebay ...But Only If You Get Going!

Description:

Would you be surprised if I told you over 12 million people visit Ebay a month. I haven't checked all the sites on the Internet, but I doubt there are many sites bringing in that much traffic.

Content:

There are a number of things you need to make money on the Internet, but the most important is targeted traffic. Think about it, having a good product won't make you money if nobody sees it, a good headline, good copywriting, nice website, none of these things will make you a dime if nobody sees them.

Just knowing that targeted visitors are the most important part of making money will do us no good unless we take action. How are we going to take action? We get going, going to where the targeted traffic is, and the traffic is at Ebay. Would you be surprised if I told you over 12 million people visit Ebay a month. I haven't checked all the sites on the Internet, but I doubt there are many sites bringing in that much traffic.

Ok we have solved one of the main problems with making money, we now know where we can get targeted visitors, but don't be fooled thinking it will be a piece of cake just because we overcame the main problem. You see we are not the only ones that know where the traffic is, so we are going to have a lot of competition.

What can we do about the competition? I would just send them an email and ask them to stop selling so I could sell my products and make a lot of money. Now if that doesn't work there are a few more ways we can beat the competition. It might be easier if I just list them below.

1. Since most visitors use the search tool to find a product on Ebay we would want to make sure we were using the best keywords we could come up with that describes the product we are selling.

2. We would also want to take our time and make sure we list our product in the correct categories.

3. If we can find a unique product with little competition that would be great, but we will need to be careful with this,

because if no body is selling it, it could be because there is little demand for it.

4. If we find a product that we can buy at a lower cost than our competition then we could sell it at a lower price than the competition.

I think we have a good idea how to sell on Ebay, but we need a product to sell. If you are new to Ebay you could start by selling products you have around the house. That is how I started, I did a check on Ebay to see what products were selling and what they were selling for. If there was a high demand for it and I had one, I would take a picture of the product and offer it up for auction. You would be surprised at some of the objects people will buy.

After you have sold all you have around the house you will need to get a tax number from your state tax office and sign up with a wholeseller. You can search the Internet to find a wholeseller, but there are lists you can buy that will save you a lot of time and will list the top wholesellers. You can find wholesellers that don't require a tax ID, but I would not use these, because I don't think you will get the best price or best products from them. Since there is so much competition you want to make sure you have the right product at the best price.

There is no way I can cover the whole process of selling on Ebay in one article, but I hope this has been some help to you.

Good Luck!

Taking the Mystery Out of Mystery Shopping

Description:

Have you ever wondered what mystery shopping is all about? Find out what mystery shopping really is, and how you can make money doing it.

Content:

I am always on the lookout for scams, I hate scams, so the first time I came across "mystery shopping" I thought for sure it was a total and complete scam. I mean who would really believe that you could make money by shopping right? Well, I have to admit the mystery shopping isn't always and totally a complete scam, but there are red flags and warnings that you need to know before investing time into this type of venture.
So, what exactly is mystery shopping?
Mystery shopping is when you pose as a customer, and observe the overall quality of a store (employees, services, cleanliness, ect.) Because you are a "mystery" shopper, the employees obviously should not know who you are or what you are doing there. The company that you are working for will give you an assignment, in which you are given about a week to complete.
After you have observed the details of a particular venue, you will most likely be given a questionnaire to complete on the service that you received. These questionnaires differ in length, and you should look over the questionnaire before you go on assignment so that you know what to look for when filling it out. Most questionnaires are completed online.
The next big question, how much does it cost?
I really don't like jobs that take an initial investment, since my budget doesn't allow for much spending. However, I do know that there are times when you have to spend a small amount to earn a larger one. This is often the case with mystery shopping, since you often need to try the product or service you are evaluating. Some mystery shopping jobs require that you make a purchase, but I tend to only choose jobs that don't require me to invest anything over twenty-five dollars, and the more minimal the purchase the better.
So, how does a mystery shopper get paid?
Here is the set back, some jobs pay nothing except for reimbursements of what you bought. This sounds crappy at first, but if it was something that you were going to buy anyway then you just got your item for free (kind of). There are some, but few jobs, that pay a lot, even up to a hundred dollars, but most companies require that you have a good reputation in place before you are given those jobs.
It can take anywhere from three to six weeks before you get paid or receive a reimbursement. This is another fallback for me, since our resources are limited and if I am spending money to make money, the wait for the check can be crunching.
Still want to try it? Here are some tips for being successful.
While mystery shopping sounds pretty easy, it is actually a lot of work, which takes preparation time and detailed documentation. Companies want people who can portray the services they received accurately. You need to keep clear and accurate records, especially if you are completing more than one assignment.
Lastly, you have to remember that your answers could potentially affect another person's job. You need to be very careful when criticizing the performance of workers. Remember that you are being paid not to be a critic, but a reporter.
If you decide to be a mystery shopper, I wish you the best of luck. Come back and tell us about your experiences. And once again, do your research before you make any commitments!

Wholesale Business: Should I Start Online or Offline?

Description:

The profitable differences between an offline wholesale business and an online wholesale business

Content:

Many of you have probably own the urge of starting a wholesale business offline or online here with the Internet. Both options are fantastic- I live them both. One of them is actually better for bringing in profits than the other one. One of them is riskier than the other one.

Many of us know the answer, many of us do not have a single clue of which is the better one for our entrepreneurial start up wholesale business. If you had been anything like me in the past, you probably have had the goal and even dream of having your own Internet mini-mall online. It is fantastic when you have an Internet mini-mall selling what you love and feel good upon selling it. If you have passion for what you are selling, what will stop you from having success with it? Probably nothing- if you are persistent and take action. But of course, let me go right to the heart of this lesson.

The difference between having an online wholesale business and offline wholesale business, are numerous. For starters, you do not pay thousands of dollars a month with an online wholesale business mini-mall. You do not have to pay employees at the beginning and start of an online wholesale start up. You do not need to leave your house at 7:00am to arrive early, just so you can receive customers. You do not need to chase clientele as in the online world-clients come to you, you do not need to go to them by chasing them 24×7. The differences are vast and outstanding when it comes to the differences between online and offline wholesale businesses.

With an online wholesale mini-store, you can reach thousands and even millions of clients. It has been proven as a fact with the world biggest auction house, eBay. You can start by looking for reliable distributors and wholesalers and you can be in business in no time.It is as easy as 1,2,3 to start. The difficult part comes when you need to know who is reliable when it comes to investing your money and who are the distributors that you need in order to receive the biggest possible net profit out of the items that you are selling.

It does not get any simpler than that this day. The issue comes when you start buying all the wholesale list online and you start getting frustrated because they all seem to be a scam or a bunch of outdated business contacts that either sell for $0.99 or $9.99.
Most people know about the headaches those kind of contacts give, they probably do not deliver or they are a middleman trying to make a commission out of a sale from a their own items that are being advertised as wholesale or below wholesale.

It got me crazy 6 years ago, now it is different, as I am financially free thanks to the whole experience I received from past Internet scams and the many trial and errors from the past. Fact is- you get what you paid for most of the time. I learn that the hard way, but I am happy it went that way. I have wholesale businesses in many niches, and I sell wholesale items all from the comfort of my home. It can be you today or it can be your friend tomorrow. Today you are student, tomorrow the teacher? I hope so- the wholesale business is fantastic!

You Make the Difference - Leadership With a Definition

Description:

Look this great new website. It starts but I hope you will enjoy it. It talks about leadership, management, investing and increasing your organization

Content:

Mikeal Whitemore

The leadership, a term borrowed from English, defines the capacity of an individual to carry out or lead other individuals or organizations with an aim of achieving certain goals. It will be said whereas a leader is somebody who is able to guide, to influence and inspire.

A leader is distinguished from a manager or a decision maker, which has capacities for the administration, without “to carry out” the group, the organization or the country at another stage of its development. A good manager can be a leader, but two qualities are not automatically dependent. Associated the political sphere a long time, the leadership is a quality sought in a great number of fields. Thus, one will also speak about leadership in that, business world of the culture or the science or in the field of the sport. One will distinguish also public leadership from private leadership, this last being directed towards the company. A politician is thus not necessarily a leader; conversely, many leaders are not politicians.

As much the coverages by the leadership evolved/moved, as much qualities which define it multiplied. If the leadership in the past were closely associated with the personality with the leader and particularly with its charisma, much of recent studies suggest a capacity learned, fruit of the experiment and dependent on specific contexts. Among competences (or qualities) which one finds in the leaders, one can quote: vision, strategy, persuasion, the communication, confidence and ethics.

What's In A Name? The Use Of Pseudonyms And Pen Names

Description:

Have you ever wondered why a writer chooses a pseudonym or pen name? Is it possible they believe that they are more important than other writers are? Do they demonstrate their views of superiority by simply choosing to rename themselves?

Content:

Have you ever wondered why a writer chooses a pseudonym or pen name? Is it possible they believe that they are more important than other writers are? Do they demonstrate their views of superiority by simply choosing to rename themselves?

The truth is, there are a multitude of valid reasons for an author to select a pen name and very few have anything to do with pride.

For instance Mary Ann Evans was published under the name George Eliot simply because female authors had little success in her era. She utilized a pen name to gain acceptance from the reading public.

Publishers may suggest a pen name as a means of marketing your work to a larger audience. If your name is hard to pronounce or doesn't quite roll off the tongue, a pen name might be suggested.

For some writers the use of a pen name may be tied to the desire to remain somewhat anonymous. With the advent of so many technological advances it makes sense to many writers to utilize a pen name in an effort to avoid unwanted phone calls and emails from fans. Some writers have experienced some form of stalking from overly enthusiastic fans. The use of a pen name makes it difficult for these particular fans to gain contact with a writer.

Many prolific writers may also choose a pen name simply because it is possible to flood the market with your work while discovering the multiple writings had a negative effect on your long term ability to publish. Some writers may choose more than one pseudonym. There are cases where one author is featured several times in the same publication and a pen name is developed for each of the individual writings to avoid overexposure.

A style shift may also be a good reason to assume a pen name. If you gain notoriety for a specific style of writing it may be advisable to choose a pen name for a literary work that is very different from your expected style. This allows you to explore the new style without confusing your readers.

As you can see there are some very valid reasoning behind the use of a pseudonym or pen name. Should you elect to use a pen name for paid work you should visit with an accountant to learn how to manage the specific details related to taxes.

Textile exhibitions are good to show forth the current textile products and new ones to be launched. Many companies get to know each other through such meets and may even develop into good partnerships. Now consider this. Textile Industry is one of the biggest, oldest and the most branched industries by numbers. In today’s world, most of the Asian, Middle Eastern and European countries are in competition to get the most benefit out of the business. Being a highly and a globally competitive industry, textile companies need exposure in order to capture potential markets, as well as other industries which require competition.

Textile industry is one of the oldest industries, because of the need of protection of human body. However, the introduction of artificial fibers goes back to the beginning of 20th Century, around 1920’s. The demand for exposure in the market has been so high for especially the last decade that organizing an exhibition itself has become a sector. If we come to the history of textile exhibition, it goes again back to the early 20th century, with only a few businessmen in Paris Exhibition. Today, however, organizing an exhibition is a sector itself. To give a rough idea of how big the exhibition industry is, ITME Exhibition for Textile Machinery which took place in Singapore in 2004, had around 100000 visitors and the area contained of 50000 square feet.

There are other benefits of joining a textile exhibition other than exploring markets. By joining an exhibition a company introduces itself and its products to multinational industrialist, meet with competitors in the same sector, have an opportunity to discuss about the problems of the sector and by joining the panels industrialists know more about the technologies, the innovations in their sector.

At the exhibitions usually a textile company has its own booth where it shows the product line, there is a few number of representatives of the company to introduce their company, answer questions as well as taking orders.

Being a huge industry Textile has many branches and usually for each segment there are different organizations for industrialists. The subject ‘textile exhibition’ includes the branches like; Fiber-Yarn Exhibitions, Home-Textile Exhibitions, Textile Machinery Exhibitions, Textile Accessories and more.

Returning to work after a long absence can be very daunting. If you left work to spend some time at home, perhaps to bring up young children, the chances are you're worried about getting back to work.

Skills Required
The first step is to find out which skills are currently in demand in your chosen industry, perhaps by contacting your local job centre or by getting in touch with friends who work in that field. One thing that's certain is that almost all will agree that they can't get through a working week without using a computer. Depending on the job, it may be relatively simple things like typing a letter or receiving and responding to e-mails, through to more complex tasks such as analyzing data in spreadsheets and databases or producing charts and slides for presentations or reports. The vast majority of people will use the Microsoft Office suite of applications to complete these tasks. It's therefore a very worthwhile exercise to make sure that your computer skills and knowledge of the current software version, is up to date.

Microsoft Office Applications
The Microsoft Office suite contains a number of applications which between them allow you to complete the tasks described above. The main applications are as follows;

Microsoft Word - a full-featured word processing program with rudimentary desktop publishing capabilities used to produce professional-looking documents.

Microsoft Outlook - a personal information manager used as a tool for managing contacts, e-mail, office notes and calendars.

Microsoft Excel - used to create and edit customised spreadsheets. Data is stored in rows and columns that can be organized and/or processed.

Microsoft PowerPoint - a presentation design package to allow you to create slide shows.

Microsoft Access - a desktop database application that allows large databases to be created, updated, searched and reported on by multiple users.

Microsoft Project - designed to assist project managers in developing plans, assigning resources to tasks, tracking progress, managing budgets and analyzing workloads.

Microsoft Office Training Courses
Training courses are readily available for each of the applications described above, either by taking online E-learning courses or by attending instructor-led training courses offered by certified companies. Leading Microsoft training companies offer courses on each program as often as twice a week with public schedule courses for popular programs such as Microsoft Excel being offered on a daily basis. Courses are generally split into Introduction, Intermediate and Advanced levels so, by starting at the introduction level you should not be left feeling that you are out of your depth. Instructor led courses follow a structured approach allowing skills to be built up gradually whilst ensuring all the main elements are covered.

Crucial Questions To Ask At Your Job Interview

Description:

The interviewer will tell you exactly how to win the job (and whether you should accept it). It's just a matter of your asking the right questions.

Content:

It's vital that you arrive at a job interview prepared to ask questions of your own. Remember that the purpose of this meeting is as much for you to interview the company as it is for the company to interview you.

You want to develop a solid basis for either accepting or rejecting the job, if it's offered to you. A smart interviewer knows he or she should be selling the job to you as well as evaluating you. It's costly and frustrating for an employer to go to the time, trouble and expense of identifying the best candidate, only to have the candidate turn the job offer down.

First, ask questions that indicate your interest in the job and the organization, and that elicit answers to help you respond to the interviewer's questions.

What, specifically, are the functions the person in this job will perform?

What are the strengths you're looking for in an ideal job candidate?

What changes would you like to see made in the way this job is done?

What is the most important objective of this department?

Answers to such questions as these will tell you exactly what interests the interviewer most, and how to position your own strengths, education and experience. In a way it's like borrowing somebody's watch so you can tell him what time it is. But these are perfectly legitimate questions.

The critical point here is this: until you understand what the employer is looking for, you have no way of knowing if you're describing yourself an a way that's appealing to him or her. So try to get as much information as you can, as early in the interview as you can. Ideally, you want the interviewer to lay out all the job background and specifications before you start talking about yourself.

Later in the interview, probe for answers that give you insights into what the future might hold for you if you work there.

Who held the job last? How long? Why did he or she leave? You want to know if this is a swinging door position, in which no one can last very long, or whether it's a launching pad for bigger things in the company.

If I'm as successful in this position as we'd both expect me to be, what might I be doing after a year? After two years? Be prepared for the response, "What would you like to be doing?" Go ahead and answer, but find out of the interviewer thinks your aspirations are realistic. You're trying to find out whether there are good opportunities for promotion, or whether this is a dead-end job.

What would I have to accomplish in this job to be considered first-rate?

Who in the company would review my performance? When?

It's quite permissible to bring a prepared list of questions into the interview, if you wish, and refer to it openly. A pad in a nice writing portfolio adds a touch of class to this procedure.

Shopping for the Right Bed Sheets

Description:

Practical and pretty sheets on your bed can refresh a room with comfort and beauty.

Content:

Practical and pretty sheets on your bed can refresh a room with comfort and beauty.

High-quality bed sheets can last up to 15 years. When you buy bed sheets, whether you need king size sheets, queen size sheets, or twin sheets, you need to look at thread count and fabric as they determine the quality of a sheet.

They were traditionally white, but now often various colours and patterns are used. They are larger than the bed, so they can be tucked under the mattress in order to be kept in place. The quality of bed sheets is often conveyed by the thread count - the number of threads per square inch of material. Sheets with high thread counts in the 300-and-above range have a durable, lustrous, and soft fabric that gets softer over time and are considered luxury quality. Sheets with lower thread count sheets in the 80- to 120-thread count range have a rougher feel.

Thread count also determines whether a sheet is muslin or percale. Sheets with a thread count of 140 to 180 are muslin; everything higher is percale. In many areas of the world a second flat bed sheet is laid on top of the sheet covering the mattress. This is known as a "top sheet."

Also style is equally important as material quality in selecting the proper sheets for your bedding needs. Crisp, white sheets never go out of style and are always a good selection whether as part of a set or purchased singly to mix and match. Sheets in colours, prints, plaids, and patterns are easy to find in all sizes and price ranges. Each fabric commonly used to make sheets has its own merits.

For comfort and durability, you should choose cotton. One-hundred-percent cotton is a natural and breathable fabric. The most commonly used for cotton sheets are flannel, muslin, oxford, percale, and sateen weaves.

Flannel sheets are warm and may be blended with either a synthetic fabric or cotton. They are typically used in cold climates or in winter because the napped finish provides warmth.

Muslin sheets, commonly used in children's character-themed bedding, have a rough and tough feel and are at the low end of the cotton spectrum.
Oxford is a soft but heavy sheet.

Percale sheets offer a smooth, flat, and closely-woven fabric, finer than muslin.
Egyptian cotton sheets are highly durable, lustrous, and silky Egyptian cotton sheets usually have a thread count above 200. The most desired of all bedding fabrics, Egyptian cotton is made of extra-long fiber staples grown along the Nile River. Standard sizes are twin, full, Queen, King, California King.
Wash bedding in warm water using a gentle laundering agent with a final cold rinse. Remove washed bedding promptly from the machine to reduce wrinkling and also shake bedding out before machine drying.

Your Home Business Foundation

Description:

Information home based businesses.

Content:

Having a successful home business can truly be one of the most rewarding achievements in one's life. The reason I say this is; it's very hard to do; if you can maintain a successful home business, you truly have achieved something fantastic.

When starting a home based business I was very skeptical about many things. If you aren't skeptical when you start a home based business, you might be in for a big surprise. It's good to be skeptical; being unsure is what will drive you to be successful. If you just jump into this business, you'll loose a lot of money and probably quit in no time. You have to be very careful when trying to start and maintain a home based business. There are so many scams out there, and so many people who will take advantage of you in order to pad their own pockets.

The first thing you need to tell yourself when starting your home business is, "I CAN DO THIS." Having a positive attitude will be the driving force behind your success. If you can't be positive; you'll get eaten alive by the emotional ups and downs of the beginning process.

The first couple of months of your home business development will be the foundation for your path to success. Picture someone building you a house; if you just say you want a nice big house, you're being a little vague. You should tell that person you want a nice house on top of a strong foundation. If you live in a nice house that falls to pieces, you won't be too happy. The foundation may not been seen by everyone, but you'll be comforted knowing you are living in something that is safe and reliable. Sometimes the best things are not seen by those who are on the outside. I relate this to the success of your home business; the foundation you build will always be there, no one will see it, but you'll be able to rely on it forever.

Let me give you some tips on building a strong business foundation. Research is the number one aspect in terms of building your foundation; the more you read and study the more you'll know about the ins and outs of this business. Be sure to take advantage of free advertising when you start a home business. A lot of people think you need to spend money in order to make money; well, they're right, but you can also make money in this business without spending money.

Free advertising is very time consuming, but it will be one of the strongest pillars in your foundation. For example, in order to make your website profitable, you need to first put proven products or opportunities on your website; you're success will depend on what you have to offer.

Once you have a nice product you need to get people to your website; getting people to your website can be done with free advertising. Write as many articles as possible, and submit them to free article directories. If people like what you have to say and find you to be credible, you'll get some visitors to your website for free. This free advertising will eventually become the support you need to keep you motivated.

Let's say you profit about $100 a day from free advertising; that's $700 a week, and depending on how many days there are in a month, you're looking at $2500 to $2800 a month in profits. WOW!! Without spending any money you're making over $30,000 a year; that's the foundation I'm talking about. The foundation will always be there; you can rely on that money and feel good knowing you can count on that being there.

I know tons of people who work 40 hours a week and don't make that much money in a year. Like I said though, it's takes a lot of time and effort to build that foundation. Let me go back to my house analogy; one of my friends builds houses for a living. He's told me many times; the foundation he lays for houses is the most boring, repetitive and laboring jobs he's does when building a house. Guess what, it's the same in this business; writing an article every other day is very boring and repetitive, but it will be one of the best ways you can build a home business.

Once you have built your foundation with free advertising; you can then start building on top of that foundation. Remember your building on something that has already been established, the rest is icing on the cake. I kind of make it sound easy, but it's not; your paid advertising might be one of the hardest things you'll have to do, that's why you built that foundation; you'll need something to fall back on while trying to take your business to the next level. A lot of that next level building will have to with advertising on search engines; search engine advertising is very competitive. Guess what though? There's enough to go around for everyone to make some money.

Be prepared to spend some money, and remember to rely on that knowledge you gained in the beginning of your foundation building. I built my business from scratch for over four months before I started advertising on search engines. PEOPLE, please don't not jump into this; I know so many people who jumped into the paid advertising phase of their business before they were ready, and they got thumped. The competition is almost overwhelming; ever heard of the saying, "walk softly, and carry a big stick?" That's what you need to do in this business; your research and patience will be the equivalent of "walking softly," and your foundation will be your "big stick."

Too many people get caught up in the excitement of throwing down some money in order to make money; you'll have to do it, but the more prepared you are, the more successful you'll be. Search engines aren't going anywhere, information isn't going anywhere, and your potential visitors are definitely not going anywhere; as a matter of fact; my mentor has an article from Newsweek stating that something like over 50% of households in the year 2006 will have someone who has their own home business. That stat alone should tell you to take your time; your potential customers are going to be out there when you're ready to get going.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot; PLEASE HAVE FUN when starting and maintaining your home business!!
